You have up to 30 days (Monday to Sunday) from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 days (Monday to Sunday) after we receive and inspect your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Babies Mall covers all return shipping, you don’t pay to send it back.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees applied to any return.

Exchanges

Yes! We accept exchanges and will help you replace your item.

Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted for any reason, product issues, sizing concerns, or even a simple change of mind.

Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return:

1. Email our team at contact@babies-mall.com with your order number and reason for return.
   
   
2. You’ll receive a free return shipping label.
   
   
3. Once we receive the return and inspect it, your refund or exchange will be processed.
   
   

If You Change Your Mind

We accept returns for buyer’s remorse, no questions asked, as long as:

• The product is unused and in original condition
  
  
• Packaging is intact and, where applicable, manufacturer seals are unbroken
  
  
• You request the return within 30 days (Monday to Sunday) of receiving your order

If Your Order Is Damaged

Disappointed by a damaged item? We’ve got you covered:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@babies-mall.com
  
  
• We'll send you a prepaid return label
  
  
• You’ll have 30 days from the next day after delivery to return it
  
  
• Choose either a full refund or a replacement, your choice
  
  

Order Cancellations

Want to cancel or edit your order?

• If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it free of charge
  
  
• If it’s already on the way, you’ll need to wait for delivery and start a return
